why do you reply to the posts that you reply to?

so sorry if i sound nosey in everyone here,but i'm genuinely interested.
i was thinking my own reasons and for me it came down to :
1. my friends-i always reply first for the topics that my friends have created
2. interests
3.if no one else has replied-i sometimes look at that section
so how about you guys?

I just look around and reply to post that I find interseting. I rely to my friends post to. I reply to anything that I find interesting no matter who post it.

I respond to discussions that intrest me and that I have a strong opnion about. If I dont have anything to say abot a topic I wont respond because it is not fair to the person who started the discussion in the first place.

I usually start out in the discussions my friends have started section and answer as many of those that interest me or that I know something about. I then just kinda scout around and try to find some good, unique discussions...something that is not always that easy to find

hmm..i will answer to the posts that i think i can answer.like i never reply to posts about infidelity or anything because i wouldn't have clue about it,but i still read 'em!

Most days my friends keep me pretty busy, I am lucky in that I have a group of friends that are interesting humorous and intellectual. They Stimulate my brain. Then I take care of my own discussions, I don't start to many so thats not hard, after all of that I go to the new discussions and find those that interest me, but I have to be honest its not always easy to find something worthwhile there given all the money making and referral type topics.

I will usually start out by looking at the interesting discussions that my friends started, and then often get side-tracked with the related discussions at the bottom of the page. Then I will look at my home page, where I have a lot of my interests listed. Finally, I will look at all of my interests (or at least the first few pages) to see if I see anything interesting.
