Do you use machine drier for your clothes or you prefer to hung it outside for the sun to dries up??? Here in my country, we, specially the oldies they prefered hunging clothes outside after washing, for the sun dries it naturally and also some are cannot afford to buy the product. The oldies say it is better sun drying coz it will kill the germs and there's no bad smell will leave the clothes. How about you wich do you prefer drier or sun?

I like to hang my clothes out on the clothes line in the sun, but if its raining I will dry them inside in the drier.

As long as Sun is there, abundant with heat and light, it is a waste of money spending for a direr. As long as the wind is there which blows warm air, again it is unnecessary to with a drier. But in rainy days, nothing else will be there than a drier to depend upon, Thank you friend, for asking.

I prefer the dryers. Hanging the clothes to dry make them a little too stiff for my taste.

I tend to use the dryer for most of my clothes, just because of the convenience. For larger items, like my comforter or blankets, I put them out in the sun and they seem to dry faster than if I had put them in the dryer. I'd like to try and do more in the sun this summer to save on electric bill.

In machine the clothese are not fully dried most of the time or all the time and hence my wife puts them for proper dry under a shaed place which is open on all sides. Only the top is covered. It is better to dry the clothes under shaded rather than exposing to sunlight for hours.

In the house drier machine is costly and need extra space to instal. I dry my washed clothes in sun and gas stove when rainy season. To dry clothes in sun hanging on rope may cause color fading problem so I keep reverse side up so it take long time to fade original color of clothes. For black colour no problem but for other colours reverse side up is must.

i prefer to hang my clothes in the sun to dry them rather than using the dryer... i had been doing it all these times... i just don't trust the dryer... i'm afraid it will shrink or damage my clothes... also, i can't afford to buy a dryer anyway as i am living in a very tight budget...

I prefer line drying clothes also. But theres also a bad side to this. If one has allergies hanging clothes outside do collect pollen etc on the clothes thus bringing them inside after they have dried. Then this causes the allergy sufferer to sneeze and get the runny eyes and other symptoms. My wife has bad allergies and we can't hang clothes out due to this fact. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Hello lynboobsy11, I prefer to use a drier. It is convenient, fast and I can dry my clothes whether it is raining or not. Apart from that it keeps my clothes free from dust as the drier blows out all the dust. Using a drier also make my clothes less wrinkle.

I use the drying but that because I have no choice! When I was living at our homestead I used to love hanging our cliths after washing, but since we have moved into our apartment I have to use the dyer. We don't have anywhere to hang clothing here.....

Hi Lyn, Actually I prefer when clothes are dried naturally by the sun. However, it just takes too long and with all the stuff going on around my house we never seem to really get to it. I do love the smell of clothes that are dried outdoors however. :) cheers,
