have you tried to pick out a cartoon of eggs at the store and found out

Oh, I know what you mean. I see this all th etime. Instead of looking through all the cartons. All I do is is find one that is clean and not all yucky. Than I transfer all the broken eggs into a carton with other broken eggs,. and take the non broken ones and transfer them into the broken eggs place and......wa..la..I have a carton of eggs with no borken eggs in less time it would take to look for a carton with no broken eggs. I have also seen ladies do this after they watched me do this. So, I know it works.

I know what you mean, whenever I go and buy my eggs, I always open them up to make sure there are no broken ones, once like you I found a lot of smashed ones, so I reported it to one of the staff, and do you know what they did? Looked at me strange and said ok I'll report it, I had only started my shopping, out of interest after we had paid and was about to leave, I went back to the egg aisle and nothing had been done about it, they just don't care!

I have always had good luck with picking out cartons of eggs. Usually the first carton I check is good. But I always do check them before buying.

Yes! That is so very irritating. Besides being messy, there is a chance for contracting salmonella by touching the raw eggs and then accidentally putting your hand in your mouth or touching something else and eating it. GROSS!
