Do you buy a product just because ur favourite celebrety promoted/referred?

No, It doesn't make me buy a product because of who is promoting it. I only buy a product if the product itself intrests me.

I always want try that thing which is being promoted by some famous celebrity.And after trying it out Then i decides that whether its really good or not.This decision of mine helps me to decide whether to buy that product again or not.

I like to buy only those products that i know are of good quality like on electronic goods have ISI mark and with food products like agmark. I also first go through reviews of the products and from my famiy members, relatives, freinds who have used it. Then if on getting positive feedback i would buy it. I wouldn't simply buy products endorsed by celebrity as they are being paid for what they are promoting which are mostly tall claims with no real proof.

no , i do not do that and would never do that...although its a big plus if the product is really of high quality and well known to be much better that its competitor, so if my favorite celebrity endorses it at the same time then i wouln't think twice of buying the product what destructs me most is the reputation of the company and its owner...let's they have an excellent product on one hand but the owner of that company helped in financing the construction of a huge mall in the middle of a highway...then i would not buy any product that somehow is owned bythat unscropolous businessman...i mean its totally obvious...the man is evil.

I generally buy a product with the quality and the performance the product do not by the product promoter even if he/she is my favourite actor/actress or any celebrity . I just look at the quantity and quality it offers and which is correct or not that all nothing else.

I always wondered if people started buying pro-active just because Puff Daddy promoted it...or Jessica Simpson. Back in the day the original Pro-active celebrity was judith light. whatever happened to her! I don't buy stuff just cause a celebrity i like promotes it. I think that's just silly.

well i do not like buying on impulse so i tend to get samples or review of what i want to buy so that i know if it suits me or not. Though at times i might buy something which is endorsed by my celebrity but like i said i always try it out first or read reviews from various users before i commit myself into it

No, I go totally on my own will and choice. As a matter of fact, the thought that I'm spending money on something even though I'm actually unwilling to, just because my ideal's promoting it, puts me off and I become more averse towards it.

no. actually I don't get impressed by the celebs. becoz they r promoting that stuff for the money. they r saying for that particular product becoz they r paying for them. above all most of the time they don't even use that product in their personal life. so trere is no question regarding impressed by them.I always buy a product which I really know that one is a good product.Let's see what do you respond on my thought.

Sometimes just for curiosity just because the products looks good and the advertizing is very convincible. But there are products for me like shampoo that I must used because it fits my hair type that even there are brand new comes out in the market I can't really replace.

I don't personally buy anything because a celebrity endorses it. They may not even use the product or know anything about it except that the company is paying them. I like to do my own research.:) I know of that new VitaminWater drink that is out in the US is promoted by a few celebrities. 50 Cent endorses one of the flavors. We also have several celebrities that endorse an acne care facial line.

I would easily remember those products promoted by the celebrities I love. When internet wasn't very common, I admit that I tended to be drawn towards more to those products. I had a feeling that those must be good products. However nowadays since everything can be found on the internet especially reviews on different products. I tend to fall less into those traps. When I am about to make purchase, I would go on the internet and do some research first. I would buy the products with most positive reviews but not those promoted by the celebrities. Besides, I know many of the celebrities don't necessarily "use" the products in real life.

i choose products based on the brand performance and quality. when it comes to celebrity endorsers influencing the products i buy, it usually depends on the kind of celebrity who is endorsing the product. there are celebrities who are indiscriminating in the kinds of products they endorse, while some carefully choose the products that they lend their name to.

No i don't. I actually don't care about them. I buy the products that i need and want,and not because it was promoted by a famous celebrities.

well i will do check out the product whch my fav celebrity- filmstar or sports star is promoting. i ll see whether the product is worth a buy and if it does not match my quality standards thn i won buy tht product again. basically it depends on the quality thn the publicity.
