have you ever minus anyones rating here in mylot

well, i haven't really given anyone a minus rating so far even if at times i get really offended by their responses or even if they don't really stick to the topic...

i only rarely do this, its only ever if the answer i get is really short, like one word or something like that. However, I will also give a negative if someone is being rude or obnoxious blessed be

I seldom rate -. I will ignore and not rate a response, if it is just not really bad, but not up to standards. If something is against the guidelines, or the person is cheating, I will give them ! and make my explanation when the dialog box comes up. I do give - for very negative, rude people, because that is what they are asking for, by being negative. I will do that if they are rude and sarcastic to someone as well. It does not even have to be in my discussion, if they do it, I will rate them the way they deserve. Fortunately, that is only about one time a week, if that much. I do not see very many abusers, either. I am glad of that.

Only a time or two. They have to be really hateful in the response. I would prefer it not to be there. We can report any wrong activity and then let it be handled hopefully judiciously by management. I think the minus is misused by folk that have to hurt another. Just because they disagree is enough for them to minus someone. That is a shame. So this is what I think of the minus button.

I have never had to do this yet. The only reason that I would ever do this if somebody was deliberately being rude or inappropriate. cheers,

I have never minused anyone's rating. I don't think that is a very fair thing to do, since everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

I try not to at all because I do not think that anyone deserves it even if I don't agree with their point. But, I got plenty of minuses since I've been here.

I did once because the conversation was making fun of a woman that was over weight. I don't like it when someone puts someone else down.I don't think it is right or fair at all .

No i don't like to do this until or unless some answer is hurting you or your feelings other than that i never go for -ve ratings.

I have given negative ratings to people that give off topic responses, or belligerent or abusive responses. But never just because I don't like them or disagree with what they say.

In all honesty, I have NEVER rated anyone here eversince I first joined in any 'negative feedbacks', but rather all of my responders will get 'positive ratings' whether they will answer with some rudeness there and even out of topic answers, still I make them smile with their ratings. :-)
