Do you wake up and go to sleep the same time your partner does?

Strange question, I know...but I was wondering if anyone else does this.
It's very odd b/c whenever my fiance isn't home I go to bed and wake up at completely different times then when he's here with me. For example, when he's here I sleep in late and when he's not I wake up at least 2 hours earlier than if he was home with me!
Anyone else find this happening too?

My fiancee and I are on different sleep patterns as well. Before I left my job earlier this year I would go to bed around ten at night and wake up at two thirty in the morning to go to work. My fiancee would go to bed at eight thirty at night and get up at a quarter till four in the morning. I have always gotten less sleep then he has because I stay up with the children. I am always the one who goes to bed later and the one who gets up earlier.

We go to bed the same time. In the morning, 3 days a week I open my daycare early for 1 family. So on those days I get up at 6:20am and wake my son up for school, then I hop in the shower and get ready for my day. My husband will try to stay in a bed till 7:30.
On days that I don't have to open my daycare early, my husband is the one that gets our son up for school and I get to snooze a little bit longer.

We don't really have the same sleep schedule. He goes to be around 10pm and gets up at 6am, while I usually go to be at 11:30 and get up at 7:30am. Even if he is not home, I still have pretty much the same schedule, although I sleep a little better with the bed all to myself. :-)

We sleep at different times. I often go to bed around the same time my son goes to bed and still get up late LOL. Your right though, when he is around I tend to sleep in later than normal and when he is not, i find it hard to get much sleep at all and find myself waking up at odd hours.

My boyfriend and I aren't on the same sleep schedule at all. I usually go to sleep about 2 in the morning and sleep till noon the next day. He falls asleep on the couch at about 9 every night and gets up at 6 or 7 in the morning. It's not that strange of a question ;)

Oh wow.. We are so off track of each other it isn't even funny. He's asleep by 8 at night, and I don't normally go to sleep until 1-3 in the morning. He wakes up at 5, and if I get to sleep in, I wake up around 10-11. I've always slept my best in the mornings, and he loves going to sleep early! It drives up both insane, but we know it works for us and we stay less cranky than when we try to adjust to each other's sleep schedule.

Only on a few days that I really go to sleep with my partner. But almost in all the other days, becuase of professional reasons I may not go to sleep at the same time with the partner or wake up at the same time as my partner. That was not at all a problem among us. We are very much comfortable with that too.. ;)
