do our uploading of photo depend on our rating

i want to know whether our uploading of photos depend on our rating, as first when my rating was near 20 i was allowed to upload maximum 3 photos, but now since since my rating is above 50 i am able to upload nearly 15 photos per day

The photo uploading is part of our participation and at first I did it all the time and made some nice money to add to my earnings. Then management decided that it was to be limited and although I asked them why I never recieved a response. I think you need to be at 100 to upload..not sure, however it doesn't seem to matter. Do what you can and see how it works out. I just quit doing pictures and only do them when I start a discussion.

I think it is when you reach 500 mark that you get to be able to upload pictures and at a 100 you get to have a star rating.
