Can you write a POEM???

yeah, I can...I still write sometimes. The last one I wrote is about cheating guys. hehe. Uhm, I submitted a poem at poetry.com once, when I was still in highschool...and it was included in the compilations of poems that they published as a coffee book. ^_^

i've written a lot of poems already...my english teacher told me that i write really good stuff...but even with ther good reviews, i've never really had enough confidence to show my poems to others...i treat my poetry as my own personal journal, in it lies the thoughts that i keep in my head, and the words which i tend only to land on paper, not on other people's ears...

well writing is a great part of me and I am used to writing poems when I want to express my feelings.I write poems because I need it, because words come to me and urge me to write them..I write poems when I am sad, and when I am happy..I write to find my voice and because I like the music that words can create..I am not used to sharing my poems because sometimes they are very private but I am slightly changing my mind..I write my poems in Italian because it is the language my heart speaks and I hope you all can enjoy the experience of writing what your heart feels!!!

I have written some good poems that my friends and those people that are close to me loves. My sister even wanted me to read my poems to her because she felt that if makes a difference if I am the one reading to her what I have written. I have actually written a poem that I shared here in mylot dedicated to my children. It's entitled 'Love Beyond Reason'.

I write poetry, but I am afraid to share my stuff in here or elsewhere because there are some people who like to steal others' work and claim it as their own. :-(

Hi. During my senior secondary classes I wrote few poems that were appreciated by a lot of people but I don't think that they were as good as were said, I think they were read by most of the schoolmates because of my popularity in the school because now when I am in engineering nobody seems to like them.

I was in 3rd yr high school when we were asked by our teacher to write a poem... I can write a poem but i do not know if its good... but what thing i know is all the poem i wrote is from my heart... I have posted one of my poem but it was written in Filipino... i am not sure if you can understand it...the title of the discussion is POEM and the title of my poem is AKALA NILA (They Thought)

I loved to write poems when I was in high school as part of our English class was to write poems. I got an average grades with that. I don't know now if I can..but I'll try someday, I'm not in the mood today..LOL..

Well I write poems especially when i feel down and flows of ideas came so easily. All my poems are about my emotions at that very moment. Writing poems are one of my outlets when I can't share it with anybody,,,I express it in poems. I would say am average in writing poems or maybe it depends on one's reading it how good we are (,")

I am very eager to writing poems and short stories, but i dont know that i have such skill, however i am trying to learn writing poem as well as impove my language to express my imaginations
