ycnanrealo both of them are not healthy drinks... i think in Asian countries pepsi is more popular than coke except in the Philippines because we all know that we also adapt western culture... so more Filipinos like Coke including ME but i prefer Royal or Sprite :-)...

I am sad that with that long holiday vacation i did not enjoyed the beach or other nice places here in the Philippines... I just stayed in the home with my son... but no regrets at all... as long as my time is with my cute baby...

Last Sunday was my first time to work out in a gym... i used thread mill...and other machines that i don't know their names.... hahahha... well anyway, i think i lose a lot of calories (I HOPE SO!)
