I am an insomniac. Usually I find it hard to sleep at night. So it's either I watch TV up until the early morning or read a book. But usually, reading a book makes me fall asleep faster than watching TV. So, mostly, I read a book. Any book. How about you?

maby you are too excited to sleep. hehe, just a joke. how about making some exercises and until you are really tired you will get fall asleep naturally. i have the experience of difficutl to fall asleep at night, and i usually listen to radio, but i won't suggest you, because it could only make it worse. until you feel some sleepy, just turn off the radio and sleep. most of the insomnic people have a lot of dreams, and i do have a lot of dreams, some ridiculous dreams, how about you?

Hi this happens to me sometimes, more when I am worried about stuff. If nothing is on tv I turn on the computer and do some surfing and maybe some chatting. It helps to relax me enough for sleep. I do have sleep meds but I am cautious about using them.

It is a boring question,I can not fall asleep sometimes,it is terrible.I just turn over again and again in the bed.it makes me feel worse and worse.
I think if you are insomnia, you should take it easy and drink a cup of warm milk before you go to sleep,it can help you to fall asleep as quickly as possible.
Having a walk in your room or read some peaceful articles.do not do anything exciting or interesting.it is not good.
All above is my opinion,I hope it is useful to you.
