Walk where there is no path

How can we walk if there is no path? Yes I can, it is walking in the nature where manmade roads are not available. I select beautiful destinations and to reach there I have to trek on mountains, hills, rivers, bushes, stones, grass etc.. Do you also walk where there is no path ?

Do you mean this question literally or philosophically? Because, I have one quote on my wall that I love very much - "Do not follow where the path may lead. Go where there is no path and leave a trail." So yes, we CAN walk if there is no ready path. The solution would be to walk out a path yourself. Then there will be a path. ;-) But if you are asking literally, well, I do not always take established routes in real life too. Sometimes I like cutting across grass where there is no obvious road. I don't like to do similar things. So sometimes, I deliberately do something different just for the variety and fun of it. ^^

YEs I do love to enjoy nature and its beauty samson. Its much more fun and adventureous!! YOu did trekking ...thats good but it must be under some prefessionals watch?? I did trecking without any others concern ..!! And once I even went to a mountain (it was not that big) But the way towards that mountain was from a jungle full of animals..! AS We were bored and frustrated I just took one of my friend from next to my house in my village and straight away headed for the mountain..!! Without knowing the way..! Just a camera and a knife !! thats it. But fortunately we didn't find any animal but yes snakes were in abundant..!! It was fun and wild and I loved it...!! I would love to do it again..!! And there are many more..!! I went to my village in my summer holidays there, I attended a family party in another village ..! It was around middle of the night ..12:00. At that time comming back from there would take almost 2 hrs by foot from the road. we had no vehical so we took shortcut ..and that was again from inside the jungle..!! :) Can you imagine we were in a jungle in middle of the night!!Dark was abundant. But I enjoyed that night I can never forget that. Walking where there is no path is such a fun..!!

Marvellous! there are very few females who like adventures, You are one among them. I trek indepandantly, sometimes with likeminded friends. During my walk I came across, elephants, patch of wild dogs, herd of buffaloes, Malabar deer, the giant squirrels, Lungoors, the wild cats, peacocks, galloping dolphins, jackals, wildcocks ........My next walk will be on the jungles of Himachal.

Of course I do, I much prefer it. To be where man has not ruined it is a treat. To leave it as I found it or better is another priveledge. Every chance I get I find the road less traveled, even in the business world if permitted.

Yes of course you are permitted to venture the business, that is unknown to humans.

We as a family like to visit nature and take walks - especially with our dog. However, although England is relatively small I am still wary of straying from the path in case we get lost. I suppose it is more a matter of time than not being able to find our way out again. We don't go prepared with water etc. to spend long finding our own way. Sounds like another good thing to do when we retire though.

I consider myself a woods walker more nible in the forest path of moss twigs and rocks compared to crowded and traffic laiden streets. I feel most free when I am in the forests and when I am going on mini adventures. I feel that I am at one with the forest feeling every sound, smell and every dapple of light on leaves and on the canopy above. Man you brought out the druid in me with this post thanks sam :)

I wish I could do that but I prefer to see a path before I walk anywhere. I guess I just don't trust anything if it doesn't have a path at all.

Sometimes, Samson you have to be very careful in this lifetime. You just never know when it'll be your last day. So, you got to savor it all like you can but still be cautious about it.
