new diet

There are many diets in internet and I've read about some of them. But I can't be sure that they can be used normally and they have effect. So please, tell me something that I can do with good effect and without a risk for my health. Thank you everybody.

I don't like diet so much and the most of them aren't good for the health,at least the strong ones. the only thing worked for me until now was when I start eat whatever I always eat but less.Just try eat only 3/4 from the usually food you eat every day.It's a good start .Stopping eat unhealthily snacks between food too help a lot (if you eat snacks).After few weeks you gonna see the food you eat is more than fine ,so try eat little less to if you can. Another trick that I used was..I put the dish with the normal food I eat every meal and I know even if I finish it all after 1-2 hours I'll want eat something else,so I let some food in my plate and eat it again after i fell I want eat something.I eat same portion but with these way I escape from the middle meals snack lol:

two diets that i know of that works is weight watchers and nutrisystem.

Just proper exercise and constant walking. Just don't overdo it and of course control and determination. It is all up to you.

Eat healthy-lots of fruits and vegetables and don't forget to exercise. You can start slowly until you get the hang of it. Good luck!
