What restaurant dishes would you love to be able to recreate at home?

for me, it's carrabas' minestrone soup. it has a taste that's very much like a chowder, but still minestrone. i haven't quite figure it out yet.

There was a Chinese place just down the block from where I used to live that made the BEST sesame beef. I make my own version, but it's not quite the same. I would love to be able to figure out what I'm doing differently, so I could recreate it at home... especially since I now live over 2,000 miles from that place!
