Halo The Movie?

I've heard rumors on the internet that they're trying to make either a CGI movie for Halo, or something that is live action. I kind of don't see the point, maybe it'll make more money for Micro$oft or hollywood.

There have been a few other movies based on video games, so I guess it's possible, and with as many huge Halo fans are out there, it might do okay, but I can't imagine what the plot would be.

Yeah, I agree with you. There haven't been many video game movies that are good.
I liked the Resident Evil movie a whole lot, but that's about it.
The Silent Hill movie was worth seeing, definitely.

According to what i heard they had gotten peter jackson to direct it. He also got a rookie director who is a HALO fan and HALO gamer to co direct. unfortunately they put the movie on hold because it ws already costing to much to make. FOX and Universal backed out from making it so it was put on indefinite hold.
