Hello I love bhai dooj. What did you do this bhai dooj? Did your brother give you a giftt. Well I cooked american choupsey for my brother as he loves it. He gave me Rs 500. I wait eagerly for bhai dooj every year.

Unfortunately my brother stays away from me at Nagpur, so we do not meet this regularly also I have my family so can not go visiting him regularly... but well I see my kids celebrating it...

This festival is celebrated on the fourth day of Diwali... The big festival of Hindus, that falls in month of Oct/Nov (Depending on the moon calendar). On this day sisters do "aarti" of their brothers and wish that they live a long and happy life. On this day the sister gets a gift from her brother... This festival just re-enforces the bond of brother and siter relationship. In Hinduism it is among the strongest bonds... what about in other religions, I am just curious?

Why would you say so? what makes you think that way? If you want to see it... pleaes do come to India next year during Diwali to see what exactly it is...
