I am trying to loose my weight from some time. I have started eating healthy food, exercising, eating lots of fruits and I am avoiding fatty foods. Can anyone suggests to me more ways of loosing weight.

khushboo1984 I am not yet married. But, whenever I will have a child I will breast feed them. Mother's milk is the best for any child and I want the best for my child. So there is no confusion in my case. I would feed my own milk to my child.
