I think it's not a suitable behavior. It can be dangerous to make a call when you are driving. As you can't focus to drive. The best way is you have to park your car in the roadside and then you make a call by your mobile phone. Never do something that may be dangerous for yourself but also harmful for others. Such as using the mobile phone while driving is an example. Any accidents may happen.

I my area, if you are caught using a cell phone or mobile phone while driving, you can get a ticket. What you call the best way is a requirement by law here. I know someone who saw a car that was just not moving on the road properly. My friend saw that the driver was talking on the cell phone. He got him by getting in front of him, & then started slowing down so that the guy was behind him very close. When the guy on the phone almost hit him, he dropped the phone.

Talking in mobile phone while driving is never a good idea, wheather a beginner or a highly experienced driver. It may lead life into danger and others' life too.It is always better to keep the mobile in silent mode or in switched off condition while driving, because, even the ring may take away your attention from driving and any mishappenings may happen. So, friends please keep it in your mind to have a safe driving.

well, i think it is very irresponsible and reckless to drive and use your mobile phone at the same time unless if you have a hands-free...even then, i won't agree to it as your attention will be divided and you can't focus on the road in full when you are talking on the phone at the same time... in australia, you will get a heavy fine if you do that...

People should not use mobile phone while driving. By doing so, they are not only make their riskier, but also the life of persons accompanying them in the vehicle and the people who are travelling and walking in their way. They should think of it. In case of urgency, they have to stop their vehicle at some place and then go on with the call. After finishing the call, they can start again.

Hello.youless,it is really dangerous to use mobile phones when driving, especially if you are driving in one hand and answering the phone in the other hand, that mean you are driving with one hand only. Even you are using hand free,it will be better ,but still you may be distracted from driving as you may have concentrated on talking and listening as well.
May be if you really want to make a phone call,it may be better to pull over and do it.

I just hate it when people drive while they are doing anything BUT driving. It makes me even more of a careful driver because no one around me is paying attention.

no it is not at all advisable to talk over mobile while driving.its too much of a risk yet people find it fashionable to do so..despite traffic rules highlighting this fact, some people show their reckless behaviour.they should stop it right away for the sake of safety for themselves and others

it's dangerous for them and for the other on the road.
If you have to make an emergency call you can stop the car, make the call and than drive again

it is dangerous though to talk on the phone while driving, especially if you don't have a handsfree..i think it's ok, provided that they are using a handsfree and know how to multitask (drive & talk on the phone at the same time) ..sometimes i do make calls or answer calls when driving, but the conversation doesn't last long because i don't have a handsfree hehe. i've come across some people who talks on the phone while driving with no handfree and they drive SO slow, blocking my way! i mean if there's no car behind them it's ok, they can take their own sweet time..but sigh..they should just pull over to the roadside and talk or something.
