Best RESPONSES ....!!!!

In cases that I've already chose the best response and responses keep coming in, I still read them and comment on them if I need clarification. If I like their response, then I would rate them positively.

I normally wait for weeks to mark the best response. Yes I will go through all responses received before marking he best. There is no provision for change the best mark from one response to another (once it's marked it is marked for ever) and that's one reason for waiting to maximum responses. Yes I even respond to a discussion already marked best, if the topic is of my interest and if I have any different response from others. Yes even after marking the best if there are new responses I will surely read them and post my comment. To me posting a comment is important, at least a thanks, because the responder deserves it though it may not add your earnings. Thank you Praveen for asking.

Yes I do look back on my previous discussions even if I have already choosen a best response. I take time to read other responses because its a new opnion or thoughts of others. I might be able to pick up or learned things from it and I'm very greatful because others shares their ideas even if there's already a best response choosen. KUDOS to them.

I manytimes look back into the discussion -- whenever there is a new reply to my discussion. Yes I read the new response -- but not just to find that the member response is better that the best response .. If I find it better than my choosen best .. I never changed my best response. I only comment to the member's response. Well if people don't read the new response after they mark best response .. I still reply to their discussion .. if their discussion is good and have quality .. I reply to the discussions which already have best responses. On the flip side, if it is my discussion then yes I get back to the discussion even after making a best response to read the new response which I used to get.

I've never changed a best response. But, if someone adds a new response, I do go back and read it and rate it. I do reply to discussions that already have picked a best response if I have something different or new to add.

Yes, I always check back my Discussion whenever I get a reply, even though I have already rated the best response for that discussion. Infact, I have got better replies later, after I have made my best response decision. Also I have looked for some option to change my decision for better response. BTW, do you know whether we have an option to change the best response decision later after we have already made one ?

I post a discussion and wait for responses. For the first day responses i give my comments. Then wait for the responses pour in for one week. Then i give best response. After giving best response I just ignore the discussion.

Even after selecting a BR, if I receive a new response...I get the E-Mail notification for that...and I do read that...and if necessary post my comments also. I think BR once selected cannot be changed. If a discussion appeals me and I want to post my reply...I do not care...whether the host has already selected a BR. I post of my thoughts...it is for the host to read and post comments on my reply.

After I mark a discussion as a best response, I do go back and read any new posts that are made on that discussion. I do this because I am still interested in what people have to say about my discussions. And also because I give everyone a + when they take the time to reply to a discussion of mine.

I always answer and replies to my discussions, even if they come in after I have given a Best Response. It is not possible to change the Best Response once it has already been selected, but I do read and comment on all replies. I do reply to discussions in whice a best response has already been chosen, as some people chose best responses within hours of posting. SOme wait a month or more. It doesn't matter to me, I respond to whatever interests me.

I rarely start my own discussions but if I do and have more than 2 responses, I will select a best response. I have heard that you get extra for that, so I will. As for discussions that have a best response already selected, I will still respond if I already had planned to. If I have a different response, they may want to hear my opinion, so I will still respond.

After I've chosen best response I always check to see if there have been any new responses. We never know what we might learn from another members responses. I do reply to discussions where the best response has been chosen especially if it's something of interest to me or I might be able to help in some way.

I do all my discussions via the email notification. So as long as someone responds or adds a comment I then get an email. So the ones that I've already marked as Best Response still are active. I go back to a lot of my older discussions just to bring back some more interest in them also. Once a rresponse is marked as BR it cannot be changed unless that response gets deleted I think. I reply to whatever interests me be it marked BR already or not. The BR is just icing on the cake for me. I love responding a lot. I normally award best response after a month or if my threads stayed dormant for a certain period of time. For all my old discussions, I still go back to comment on those who responded. I think its right to show the posters that we really read and cared their opinions. I don't mind responding to threads with marked best response. If it belongs to one of my friends, then I will continue to support them.
