What will make you leave your job?

Can you see yourself quitting your job soon? If not why and if so why?
I always believe that as long as I am happy with my job i'd stick to it but when things gets so complicated and turns out to be unhealthy then I think it's time to move on.
Would you do the same thing? What's you most memorable job-parting story?

Obviously if i like my job i'd do a lot to keep it, and to feel better at it. But when it reaches a point in which it's wether your job or your health or dignity, one must make a choice, and i always choose health and dignity first...a job is not the end of the world, is it?
