Do you see oras?

My Guru taught me how to be able to see physical auras, its actually a breathing exercise, he taught us this to complement our healing skills so as we can accurately diagnose a patient's bodily health. You would sit down on your two palms and start breathing rythmicly for an interval of three seconds, breathe in with your nose and breathe out with your mouth. Focus on a single point and meditate with your eyes open, complete this and afte 5 mins you will be intuned with the auras around you. To stop the skill just close your eyes and breathe normally through the nose and lie down flat on the floor normal vision will return in 5 mins

I'm one of those people who can usually see auras. It helps me when there is a plain white background behind them. I haven't tried a black background yet. I usually just practice looking at my hand against the background. I've never tried to see other people's because they would think I was staring at them lol. I can also hear/feel energy. Like if there is a TV in another room that is muted, and the door to that room was closed, I can still hear the energy and sense it. I have no idea why I can't experience anything else other than that (except for a couple of very bad experiences) if I am that sensitive to energy.

That is something I would like to learn to do myself. I have heard it is a great way to tell what mood someone is in and Ihave heard that a persons ora can tell you where someone is sick too.

I am pretty interested in learning to see those auras myself. I am just quite not sure if in my place there is a place where they offer this skills to be taught.

I have studied auras and it is very interesting. I've never been able to see someones aura, but have known people who can. It is something I wish I could do. Sometimes I've been able to glimpse a little color around someone, but never enough to really say I've seen their aura.

Yes , Oras are real. I myself can seen anyone or anythings ora at anytime , and what I mean by anythings ora is. Everything puts off an energy , living or not.. As far as colors go , my cup is half full so I dont focus on the negative side of people or life. So in turn the Masters show me only the white and clear..I have found the the clear shows itself when the vibration or person is very calm. And the white is shown when the vibration or person is excited . I see no other color , but I have heard of people seeing black , and the pretty much speaks for itself.. Yellow is bad health..Blue and all the colors of the rainbow means your on some good acid or something..I havent heard of anyone seeing rainbow colors unless thier triping.. Theres a quick read book that I suggest reading , it a based on true events that a psychiatrist wrote..Its called "Many Lives,Many Masters" by, Brian L. Weiss.. It confirmed all my beliefs from the time I was around 11 years old till now , and I'm 29 now , so I know I'm not crazy or alone.. But as far as ora's , you have to be able to have a open mind to everything thats around you and not see with your physical eyes , but your third eye........ My name is: Joshua Roche' Nashville, TN.

I took a course in parapsychology in college, the instructor had us write down what we saw and then hand it in. Some people saw nothing. I was surprised..He said that often times prior injuries will affect the aura...I noticed no aura by one knee and a shoulder. He then went and told us what he expected those of us to see an aura would see, my to my surprise, he said that there was no aura by his one shoulder and a knee..which were badly hurt in a motorcycle accident. What he described was what I wrote down. He did something with lights in the room, it was semi-dark. This was also in the 70's so my brain is fuzzy on the exact process..but he made a believer out of me.

I haven't seen auras, for me it just doesn't seem to happen, yet I have at time seen something, is it aura, is it shadow, not sure, is it the spirit or energy of a person, of someone or think else around the person I don't know. I have meet those who have seen auras and seems it is different for different people for some I knew it was about a light circle around the person, that ws their energy, and it was brighter or darker depending on how the person felt, such as drained, tired, angry etc. For others they said it was seeing colors, and the different colors and strength of the colors meant different things, and that for some it was kind of dingy which meant that they were tired or ill. I found the whole topic interesting, I often thought well can't any body do it? And I keep saying anyone can do what I do, but then I came to learn it is kind of like well singing. Some people can sing, some well they can sing but it is very off key, some may sing say opera well but not do very well trying to sing say heavy metal, some may sing country great but just don't do well with rock, some are awesome gospel singers but other wise should not sing. So I guess the talents are like that, and so I can o what I do and do it well enough or so others seem to have said to me, but I don't see auras. LOL well I may be able to verbally make sounds and even think I am singing along with the radio LOL but that doesn't mean I am ever going to be a singer. I say that I can hear people's spirit songs, the finger prints to their souls, and once when I tried to describe what I sensed about others this way someone said they get that when they look at someone's aura, so maybe it is not their souls I am "hearing" maybe it is their auras, I don't know, I just know it is what it is.

I have alos heard about this.Actually i have seen a person talking about this thing inin TV.But i can't see anything on anybody.

Auras are sensed with any of our senses. Some can get the "feel" of a situation some can "see" with the physical eyes - the latter is what I don't do. I think it's a question of for instance... can you "tune into" a sickly yellow that would indicate poor health? Then if so, where on the person's body are you drawn to - or repelled by that would indicate a developing or manifest problem? It's like some people I have talked to claim they see a discarnate spirit just the same as somebody else who is physically present, and then some "see it" but not with the physical eyes. I don't physically see - yet saying that I have had glimpses of things. It is a question of barriers that I have set up as a result of belief-systems etc. None-believing, is a belief. So there is a part of my mind that is saying, I can only physically see in this three dimensional domain. I don't want it to say it, but it is not easily trascended. For me, it's like when I start communicating, suddenly I feel a spontaneous flow of words, which I tend not to censor, or I will lose the flow.
