sometimes, when my mind is all clogged up with thoughts. it helps a lot if i take a warm bath or a glass of warm milk before sleeping.

I have always had trouble sleeping. My mother said when I was a baby, I used to stay awake in my crib, and as a young child, I'd stay up until after midnight and still get up in the morning. As it is now, I get less than 4 hours of sleep each day, unless I'm sick or really exhausted. Every once in awhile though, I can crash and be out for 12 hours at a time, like my body is catching up or something, but it doesn't happen often.

I don't have trouble falling asleep at night but if I get woken up in the middle of the night or wake up in the morning and try to go back to sleep, I can't get back to sleep, my mind wanders with the stuff I need to do that day

I have trouble getting to sleep. My mind just doesn't want to turn off. I've started taking Lunesta, which was prescribed by my doctor. Now I'm getting a great night's sleep and feel soooo much better during the daytime now as well.

Sometimes I do. I think my brain just doesn't want to let things go for the day. I know this will sound really strange, but I have noticed that if my feet are cold, I cannot get to sleep, or stay asleep, so I wear socks sometimes. It really helps!

I don't have trouble sleeping. Once I come from work I get tired and I get good sleep.
