Does anyone know how to make the electric rod you stick in the ground to bring worms up, for fishing? We made one but it keep kicking the circuit breaker out. Help please

well, i don't nothing about fishing and i'm always curious about how people go to fishing and enjoy it, but i have a wish to go fishing sometimes, so sorry about my ignorance.lol
