I've worn out about 4 breadmachines. I love to bake bread and i like the convenience of a breadmachine
I always use a half cup of soursdough to begin. Sourdough gives the bread a nice slightly sour taste. Brown flour, flaxseed meal, and some potato are also good additives. I have quite a few Favourite recipies. Potato bread with rolled oats, and Garlic Bread are 2 breads I like very much! If you want it cooked right do it yourself!

I love the smell of yeast and fresh bread that has just come out of the oven.

Wow, that's an easy question for me. I am not a cook. If I lived alone, I'd have to revisit the frozen food section of my local market frequently if I want to live... Fortunately, my "significant other" is a great cook. Additionally, she is a true master of the art of presentation. I'm always asking her, "Am I allowed to eat this or just take a picture of it?" Lucky, you bet I am!

If other people will cook things like I like them, I prefer other people to cook for me. But, that rarely happens. So, I usually cook for myself. That way I get what I want and it's cooked the way I like it.
