How do you relieve stress?

I awways seem to be stressed out. I think the best thing I can do is remove myself from the stressful situation and take a walk, but you can't always do that. What do you do to relieve stress?

I go and turn on some music, or go for a walk. If someone bothers me I have to get away from that person and do something else. I will write, go for a walk, read a book, sing, anything that will get my mind off the situation. If I get too stressful, I will get sick and worry and will be unable to do anything.

if you are stress, due to some reasons, well best thing to do about it is have time to RELAX, and take STRESSTAB..

Hi there. First off, everyone can always remove them selves from stressful situations, everything in life that we go through always has a choice, the choice of either saying yes Im in or no I dont want a part of it... As for walking away, we may not be able to always walk away, but I do know that we can choose to opt out of a stressful situation and say no I dont want to be part of this, or stay in there and stress out...

stress is bring from some thing that we donnot want to do. the more we escape the stress , the more stress we have. the stress would disappear when solve the problem

When I feel very stressed, I move away from the current location, talk a short walk around, or to go to a beach nearby and sit there watching the seashore with my music playing in my music mobile. This always relaxes me and makes me feel better. At times, when Im away from the beach, I used to sit with the friends there and chat with them. This also, makes me feel better. If no friends are available near me, I will give them a call and have a talk for sometime.

I usually go to a quiet place when I am stressed, so that I can meditate and relax. I usually take a few deep breaths to calm myself if I can't get to a quiet place to free my thoughts.
