How do you relieve stress?

I awways seem to be stressed out. I think the best thing I can do is remove myself from the stressful situation and take a walk, but you can't always do that. What do you do to relieve stress?

tsparkle I usually go to a quiet place when I am stressed, so that I can meditate and relax. I usually take a few deep breaths to calm myself if I can't get to a quiet place to free my thoughts.

I just wanted to let all you fans know that I read in this comings week that Men in Trees got picked up for a new season. YAY! I was excited to read this. lol So I had to share my good news with all the other fans out there.

tsparkle Men in Trees is one of my favorite shows. I thought it was a goner, but now I am elated that it will be back for a new season. I like the show because it is fresh, and sets the stage for both serious, and humorous relationships.

tsparkle Colds can make you feel just horrible. Last cold I had, I took in as much vitamin C as I could. I ate oranges, drank orange juice, and took vitamin C tablets with every meal, while drinking plenty of water. The next day I was feeling much better.

tsparkle Eating healthy is important to me. I try to eat vegetables and fruit on a daily basis and drink plenty of water. It is good to stay away from the carbohydrates. I include some necessary vitamins along with what I eat. I also try to exercise when I can.

tsparkle I have to shower and change my clothes for bedtime and put on something loose and comfortable, for example, a night shirt and sleep shorts. I can do without the long night gowns.
