Guess it's gone....

I started a discussion earlier today about Global Cash Clicks. Now I don't see it. I guess it was deleted?? I didn't think I did anything wrong. I did not post my referral link in the discussion. I said if anyone was interested, to please send me a message and I would send them my link. I've seen LOTS of MyLot members advertise other sites. I've seen LOTS with referral links in their discussion and those discussions don't seem to ever get deleted. I guess someone out there doesn't like me :(

Not really. Maybe those other discussions have not been seen yet by the mylot 'police'.

I think it was deleted because it was about referral links. Even if you don't put the link, it is still against the guidelines. If you see discussions you know are against the guidelines, report it. I do.

Just talking about referral links is against the rules? Wow. I suppose this discussion is gonna get deleted also now :(

I saw your discussion earlier today. Maybe it was the subject title that drew attention to it. I'm just guessing, and I know you didn't put a referral link in it.

I guess so. I'm not sure why they even have this interest if people can't mention referrals.

There is an very uneven method of handling the discussions. Also no one is held accountable and the communication also does not hold up to very high standards. Do not take it personally since it does no good. I have it in my fold still and if you would like a copy I can send it to you. It is not gone for good if that is your fear. I appreciate the information you shared and hope that your participation here is long and fruitful for you.

Thank you, I'll try not to take it personally. I started that discussion because I thought it might help other people who also like to earn money online.

I read your discussion and thought why would it be "wrong" to post the link when so many other people do it. Well, if it is wrong enough to get a discussion deleted when a link IS NOT posted, then I guess we'll have to report those that DO post links. And there are tons of them, pretty much one on every page.

Weird. I must not know the rules good, because I thought it was ok to talk about other sites but not to post the referal link? I guess that's wrong then, but I have posted about clixsense before. I didn't think it was deleted, it's just old and way far back in my discussion list. Hmm. Sorry it got deleted though :( Not sure why.

Yep I always thought that we could talk about other sites but couldn't post our links. I didn't think I did anything wrong.

That is the way mylot behaves. It does not the members why it has deleted the discussion. I have seen so many posts referring to links and they are not deleted. Yes that's how my lot behaves.

Here you go, straight from myLot's FAQ page: Don't: Post any links promoting other affiliate programs or that do not pertain to the discussion. Posting the same link over and over or posting links that have no relevance to the discussion is not allowed.

Thanks for taking the time to find this quote, but I don't know if you caught the part about "no links were added to the discussion".

I didn't post any links. But I guess I must have promoted another program by my telling people about the site. Gee so did about 100 or more other members with their discussions and yet theirs are still here on MyLot. I wonder what makes MyLot decide to delete one discussion but yet not another.

I see a lot of them too. Some go unreported, but you are one of many whom I have heard got their discussion deleted. MyLot seems more concerned about links, than spammers.

it might have been deleted. I didn't see my response there anymore and my post count dropped 1 just now. someone might have reported it and yet didn't report the others like that.

Send me the link to my message here I remember seeing the discussion but I didn't get to it. Yeah you are right there's so many sending out the urls/links to make some money and theirs isn't deleted thats what I don't understand. I still see it.

That's strange. ~:( There are still plenty of discussions showing referral links in the original discussion though I understood the rules were to be enforced more strictly. There have been other very weird things going on recently that are hard to explain too. ps, send me a pm with the link to GCC so I can check it out. ;)

that's strange!! if you hadn't had any link to it there is no justification. may be someone has responded with some referral links, but then even that's not quite justifiable!! have you tried sending message to myLot? try and do that, let's see what they have to say.

I saw nothing wrong with it- Heck I even posted to it- I don't usually on those other discussions where they talk about other sites- You didn't post your link- so I'm not sure what the problem was. But hey thanks for the reminder- When I get home I'll go check to see if I have any new offers- Hopefully some bigger dollar ones! lol

Yes I saw a lot of discussion with referral links that are still active. Did you put the discussion in the right category 'make more money'?

Thanks for the link. In fact I had checked the site earlier and I was not excited. The main reason being, it is a poor web site with negligible information. I don't feel happy with the layout and right now I have doubts about this site. I will keep your link and watch the site. I will see how long this company will sustain.
