What kind of sport have you been involved in from you childhood.....
i have been playing table-tennis and badminton and am quite good at playing them. Though I might not be a champion at it, but among all the games that I can play these two are the ones which I am good at.
What are the sports at which you have been good at?Have you played and won medals/trophies in some sports? Can you share the information here.......
I am eager to read it all....

Och, sports. Not me, sorry. I am too old to do sports, I will fall apart and hurt. I used to be a gymnastic in my younger days though. That was great, and I horse back rode a lot.

I've played several sports, tennis, darts (?) netball, softball, ten-pin bowling, table tennis. My team won the championship for 3 years running in softball and I had 26 ten-pin bowling trophies, 15 of which were individual trophies.

I enjoy playing badminton and football. I wish I could be like Indonesian badminton player Taufiq Hidayat or Brazilian Kaka. Unfortunately, I don't have enough stamina. I also used to play some traditional games in my country like marbles, land box and kabadi.

Oh, I am not good at any sports since I was a child. I remember I used to struggle to past the sports test so that I could earn enough scores to upgrade my year. About ten years ago, I started learning swim, which becomes my favourite sport. I would say I am best at swimming so far. LOL

Growing up I have always been best at playing football. I played all through high school and university. I won lots of different trophies and championships. Now that I am a lot older I cannot play that anymore and find I have taken up golf. Much easier on the body. :)
cheers,

bowling was my favorite sport during my childhood and it still is presently to this date. In fact I went to a couple of birthday parties when i was in 1st and 2nd grade and i did well so I decided to join a bowling league during my senior year of high school and I had a great time. I still play bowling in college. I didn't make the high school bowling team though

i have been practicing taekwondo ever since i was in high school. it started out as a hobby, a sort of way to pass idle time, but when i got to college i started to take it seriously. i joined my university's carsity team and eventually became captain. we competed a lot, though i didn't win as many medals as i would have liked... but that's understandable because there are so many good players here in my country and i was also trying to balance my academic studies with my training. ever since i graduated, though, i have not been able to set foot in a dojang again because work takes up all my time now. i've started to play badminton instead becasue that's all the rage with my colleagues at work. :) although it was kind of a kick in the butt because i realized that i have poor hand-eye coordination! talk about a bummer. :(

I have played softball all my life since I was a young child- I love it- I still play for fun- and in tournaments once in a while- I played volleyball as a child and still play (not competitively) just for all family functions. Basketball was huge for me as I’m 5 foot 9- I play this with my daughter in the driveway- She is just learning and needs to build her skills and self-esteem. That’s it-

I used to be very good at swimming and long distance running. Usually at my school I would run and get first, second or third place and it was an exciting time for me. I wish I could have that much stamina now. This time in my life I enjoy swimming still and Tai Ji which still requires a lot of practice and hard work. But I enjoy it a lot, like people enjoy yoga.
