BackStabbing, Have you ever done it? Have you had it done to you?

Everyone has backstabbed someone in their life some how, I think it hurts more to get backstabbed then to do it to someone. I think if you backstab someone or talk about them behind their back you should at least tell them and be honest, you'll feel better and they might not get mad. But karma is a b*tch so they will get what they deserve back.
What was a situation when you had both of these occuring, did it effect you alot? What do you do when a close friend of yours is making you feel betrayed by talking behind your back?

I've never done it on purpose. I've felt betrayed before, but I'd rather not talk about it. Do people talk about me behind my back? I don't know. Karma... I try to keep the good karma in and the bad karma out. When I do feel like I've been betrayed, I might say it to them, but I don't talk behind their back, that's not how I do things.

I've had it done to me...at least the talking behind my back. Most ppl that know me know that if I say something about someone it isn't anything I haven't already told that person to their face. I know ppl that will run others down like nobody's business and then be nice as can be to their face...I don't see the point in it.
If you got something to say, say it and be adult enough to claim it when you do...at least that's how I look at it.

Yeah I know how you mean it isn't nice when someone backstabs you it hurts and espescially when you thought that person was a friend. I have had this happen to me quite a lot in the past. I don't think I have ever done it though I have spoken about something a friend did or said that upset me to someone else. It is very hurtful when you have a friend who you think you can trust and they then betray that trust.

i have done and experienced both. without really meaning to, i talked about a close friend of mind behind her back. i know it was a bad thing to do but at the same time the situation calls for me to do it, so i did. it has something to do with a lie she's been hiding from everyone and it came to a situation that i needed to reveal the lie she made. i do not want to go into details about it but I just want to say that it does not matter who did it to who, it is such a painful experience and it takes time to heal the pain
