How many of you prey before having dinner or going to bed?

Todays world is so just nonreligious. People are becoming more practical. No one believes god or have time for him. But as their are exceptions about everything there are exception about this too. There are still lots of people who thanks god for giving them all that they are having now and most important is bringing them to this world. So most of the times this feelings are sent to god through prayers which one mostly makes before dinner or going to bed. So are you or do you make prayers and thank god to supply us with all important living things?

I dont think that Today's world is non reigious. Because the people around me will do prayers regularly.I think you are talking about some people who neglect God. ALthough people are becoming practical and they dont have time to go to church, they will pray the Lord in their hearts. I think that's enough for that person. I always pray to GOd while going to bed and after waking up from bed. I will thank Him in the mornings as He gave me a good sleep the last night and whatever the deeds He done for me, I thank Him for all those things.

So I'm totally not trying to insult you at all...please don't take it that way.
But I was reading the subject and since Prey was spelled that way instead of Pray I started picturing someone like... hunting a chicken and then jumping on it and attacking it before eating it like an animal!!!! Ha Ha.

I have not prayed forever during the meal or going to bed. But, everytime that we go to my in-laws we do because they are very religious people.

My children and I always do pray before eating.
That is just something we always do. but we do sometimes forget when we are not thinking about it I guess...
I think it is important to give thanks.

Never.
Here in India, the general trend is to pray in the morning after taking bath, though a lot of people pray before each meal and remember god before retiring for the day, I never pray before the meals.

I always pray when I wake up, before any meal or snack and assuming I don't accidentally fall asleep, before I go to bed, as well as other random times throughout the day.
I agree with you. It certainly seems that more and more people are nonreligious or not not practicing the religion they say they are.
