I have the same problem a lot, I feel like no matter how much sleep I get I am still always tired. But I noticed the more I exercise, the better I feel. Yoga is also a good way give you energy, along with certain stretches. Make sure you eat right because that can take a bunch of your energy away if you don't eat the right foods or enough food.

Before I consume Melilea Greenfield Organic I was easily tired and do not have the mood to do anything. The fatigue was so devastating and I just didn't know what to do with my tiredness. But recently a friend of mine introduced me to Melilea Greenfield Organic, which is a fiber-base food supplement which provides me with ample nutritients for my body. Now I am more energetic and can complete my tasks without tiring easily. If you want to try this product, you can search under the article titled "Melilea Greenfield Organic" in this url. Here it is.

If you want quick energy, chug a Monster energy drink.
Some of my teammates on my soccer team chug them before a game for an extra energy boost. But right after the game they crash, so I wouldnt recomend that. Another thing to do is work out. Although this might seem like it would be contradictory, a light cardio workout will stimulate the mind, and give you an extra boost of sustained energy. Just be sure to not over do it with your workout. 10-15 minutes of light cardio should be fine. If you do this everyday you will find that you have more energy.
If you feel that you need more energy in the mornings, wake up a little earlier and do a light work out. This will help you stay awake and give you sustained energy for the entire day.
Good luck.
