Sheltie

We used to have one, but we had to get rid of him. The vet said he had doggie dominance issues. He would growl at anyone that came in the house. If my kids had friends over he would follow them around the house growling at them. He bit my son once trying to take a potato chip right out of his mouth. I just didn't trust him.

I have a sheltie. Her coloring is blue merle which is white,grey, black,and tan.

We used to have a sheltie named Ginger. But she got run over a couple of years ago. She was so pretty. She reminded me of Lassie with her markings.

We have 2 shelties. Sparky is 12 yrs old and oversized. He's a sable boy and extremely gentle and intelligent. He loves to play ball and frisbee. He also used to go to work with my fiance to help him sell cars. He's retired now. Skye is 4 months old and she is a sable merle. She is sable-colored, but she has one blue eye, which indicates the merle gene. She's so much fun to have around, and so smart! Now, if we can just get the housetraining licked, she'll be the perfect dog.
