Milk starts my day at breakfast. I like soy milk at mid morning and then for lunch it can be juice or water or tea even. I like soda at times and try to keep that at a minimum. Hot chocolate is an evening treat and only on occasion. A rum and coke is a drink I like to have for a few days from time to time. Water is the main thing I drink most of the time though.

Hey earlier I was a biggest fan having cold drinks, like I use to take cold drinks with my every meal whenever I am out for food. But I dont know why from some last days, I have just quit on it. Now a days, I really love t have some fresh juices like orange and mix fruits :-)

Squeezed fruit is as healthy as eating a piece of raw fruit out of your hand. Unlike many people think there is not a whole lot of fruit flesh lost when you squeeze fruit. This means that your glass of orange juice does contain all the fibers you need!
These fibers prevent from many diseases. Fibers stimulate the digestive system so if you have a substantial amount of fruit intake it is not necessary to eat bran or other intestine stimulating foods.

I am guilty of drinking cold drinks more than juices. Juices are alot better for you than cold drinks.
