"Ragging is a criminal offence".The new rule in India....

The Raghavan committe which has been asked to study on ragging in educational institutions has submitted a report to the central govt suggesting them to include ragging as a criminal offenec in the law.What do you have to say on this issue??

wat criminal ofense?? where did mr raghavan and his committee have their coll edu man?? this is crazy... thats just not seeming to be right ... its been tradition and part of coll life... mabe they could ve taken steps just to avert severe and other insane acts that happen than ban the whole friendly ragging as such..

Well, that is just so interesting and I am not sure if it is a good idea or not. But, if it is going to do good for the students or teachers, then I do not see why not.
