would you do this for your significant other?

I could never hurt someone I loved for the sake of saving them . I would never be able to look at myself again and wouldn't be able to bear the pain of the people that loved this person . This man was insane to even consider such a thing but it does sound like a really good movie . As much as we love our loved one's we have to realize that one day we are all going to leave this world , we never know when it is going to happen and as hard as it is to accept we can't result to hurting someone else to save the life of someone we love because as much as we love them there is always someone who loves the other person just as much . This would just be totally unacceptable and not even worth thinking about . But it is interesting to show what someone might consider when they are worried about their loved one's . Actually kind of scary to think that anyone would consider this for someone they loved . The wife would never be able to live with herself if she were to know that her life was saved because someone was murdered to save her .

I could not do this. I would by all means try to find another way to save my husband but sleeping with someone else and then planning on killing them to get a part of their body to help my husband, Nope won't go that far for love.... HOWEVER if it was my son, I might go all out to help him but it won't involve killing someone just to save him LOL Btw what is the title of the movie you are watching?!? is it on tele or dvd?

I don't think I would do that for my spouse. A harder scenario would be, would I do it for one my kids...as wrong as it is, I don't really think I could say I wouldn't do it. I couldn't harm another child, not even for my own. But could I, would I harm an adult I didn't know for my child?

How fun it is when a movie makes you question your morals. I love my husband dearly and would want to do everything I could for him.... but I couldn't do that. I couldn't sleep with another person because I have committed to my marriage. I couldn't kill another person and I definitely don't have the 'whatever it takes' to concoct such a plan. So, how DID the movie end?

Um, no. I would look for a donor but that's a pretty ridiculous way to go about it.

Honestly I wouldent risk my husband getting depressed and getting sicker at all. I would do my best to try to find a donor but not to the point of getting in good with someone else and then murdering them. What if someoen finds out and my husband gets better and then I go to jail for murder and I cant spend the rest of my life with my husband at all. I would just reather stay home and spend what life my husband has left together that is more important than going to jail for murder.

Well, that is going a little bit to the extreme. I am not sure I would go that far at all. That would be wrong somehow to me.

I do not think I could kill - not even for love. Sure - if it was in selfdefense i dont know how I would react, but to actually plan and do it - I dont think so.

Well, I don't think I'd plot to kill someone. And having an affair with someone else so I could help the person I really love? That's not me either. I guess I'd have to so nope, not me.

No sorry I wouldn't! I know how much I love them and I know it would be so awful watching them get sicker and sicker but I would not set out to kill someone to save my other half! It is good for the plot of the film but in real life, no way! xxx

I wont kill someone! I definitely love my other half but i will think about all the consequences behind my actions! I would be prepared maybe to donate a kidney of mine so that in return i can get a lung for my husband! And i dont agree that i have to sleep with someone then kill the person and take away his/her lungs... Well as you said its a good movie; i really dont agree with you koz the story is not worth it!!!
