LOL! Oh, I'm sorry, but that's a little funny. Hee. :D
I'm definitely for it, the worst that's happened to me is that I typo or leave an important word out of a response. Or I meant to say something else which I forgot...something stupid like that. But uploading a pic onto the wrong place definitely trumps that! Lol.
Maybe it's myLot's way of making sure we're paying attention?
=P

LMAO!
I apologize man, but I just had to go back and check which discussion it was that you put the inappropriate photo...what can I say, I'm curious! And I'm still giggling, haha!

The way I work things I read a discussion and the germ of an answer presents itself so I press the respond etc button. Because my puter is slow, I minimise that discussion and go to the next. I perform a juggling act and have several tabs open and deal with them as I'm able. There was one time when just as I was hitting the submit button to a response, I caught a glimpse of the words and thought..."Oh no! I've put the wrong response to the wrong discussion..what a fool I will look."
It turned out I was wrong and it was the right response to the right discussion but it could have been so easy to get it wrong.
It would be great to have an edit button for AFTER we've submitted and realise we've made a mistake.

I would definitely would want one. I just screwed up one of my posts today. I hope they do plan on making one soon. I think it would mess up the payments though since they pay by the quality of the posts. If you change the quality, you change the payment.

Yes, an edit button would be great, and I know that on other sites, there is a process for editing without any risk. I don't really understand why this feature hasn't been added to MyLot. The other evening, I was totally exhuasted, and made countless spelling and grammatical errors. It was one of few times when I didn't proofread prior to posting. After I posted it, I couldn't believe how many errors there were, in content alone, and I had to repost a couple of more times in order to make the material accurate. Isn't there a contact link so that suggestions for improvement to the site can be received and/or considered?

I have made a few mistakes in my posts where I wish that I had an edit button so that I could fix them. Most of my mistakes were spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes that I didn't catch until it was too late. I did upload a photo to the wrong discussion once though. I had two tabs open at once and meant to upload the photo into the other discussion. Fortunately, at least my photo was a scenery picture and nothing too drastic :P

Yes please with the amount of mistakes Ive made a edit button would have stopped me looking so stupid on about a dozen occasions. The wrong photo or typo could have saved my being red face. I have typed a number of things which when reread sounded stupid I know there is a preview button and all but who thinks to go there first.

I actually wrote to myLot about that! didn't get any response. I think an EDIT button would be amazing but they should include a history so that when a report is filed on a certain discussion or comment, it'll have its history to back up the reports.
Thanks for the comment on my discussion!
