Can you describe yourself in one word?

I think the best word that fits me is "smile". I'm always smiling, and that's usually the first thing people notice and comment about me. Even if I'm not really happy, I smile. It's natural, I don't even notice anymore. And what about you? Can you pick a single word that says a lot about your personality and habits? Don't worry about short posts, this discussions is not meant to have huge confessions anyway. :)

Mine would have to be "quiet". Most people say I'm too quiet. Really it is just that I'm shy around people I don't know very well. I can be quite loud around the house when my kids are acting up.

I'm quiet too. I love writing, but I hate talking. I wasn't really like that, I don't know what's been happening to me lately...

"perseverance" I think most people who know me would agree on this one. What I am known for, more than anything, is always making it through whatever comes my way. Whenever I talk to people about my life, they tend to be surprised by my positive attitude and cheery manner, but really I just don't see any other way to be.

I think I am a hard person to catch in one word, but then again.... the best word would be : pragmatic or flegmatic ? Something like that !

Well as this seems to be asking for one word answers and that is not a good thing I am hoping more peopele do like me and babble on then give their one word answer. Well, I asked for one word, but it's nice to hear the explanation about that word. :) And what's the matter with short posts? I know people usually don't like it and some even give negative ratings, but is there a problem besides eventual negative ratings (which no-one at all will get from me because of that)?

For me it doesn't matter at all how many words or lines the posts have, as long as they answer properly the discussion. Sometimes I don't see the need for long answers, so I do write one-line posts now and then. But thanks for your tip, grandpa! :)

Sunshine is warm and inviting and I hope that is how people think of me. I am bright during the daytime and kinda dull in the evenings:)

I would describe myself with the word "curious". I always want to know more about everything, specially things wich are hidden from me by any reason. I'm not a gossiper, tough. I don't like revealing things publically. I only enjoy the feeling of knowledge of what is going on, or about history of mankind and science.

Helper. Most of the jobs I have had, I have held the helper role. I even help strangers in the stores. I sometimes have to fight off that impulse, so I do not offend. LOL
