I want to lose the exes fat on my tummy. Help!

I am looking to reduce my tummy, which exercises and diet is good? Please advice.

tummy is soooo hard to get rid off! i have lost 3 and a half stone, although i feel and hopefully look a bit better , my tummy depresses me. tried loads of exercises but not one worked in 10 minutes!! so got bored with it. oh well just have to find some will power and not give up. good luck all, let me know if you a magic cure!!!

Hi bosster, im doing the same thing.I've been doing crunches,taebo(billy blanks) and walking.If i dont walk i get on my health rider.I've been drinking green tea.Green tea is healthy for you and helps you loose weight.I drink plenty of water throughout the day.Plenty fruits and veggies.I made fruit smoothies yesterday.I cut back on the fried foods and a whole bunch of sweets i try to replace my sweets with a fruit.Its okay to consume your favorites but its the intake.Im not strong enough to eat my sweets yet because i will go overboard.Dont eat to many carbs.I have seen results and im feeling much better i used to get headaches but not anymore since i've switched up my diet.I wish you luck.

If you are over weight then you will need to diet, but if it just the tummy the you need special exercises for tightening the muscles of the abdomen. I use two exercises - 1. rotating your waist as if with a hoola-hoop in both the directions, clockwise 5 times then counter clockwise 5 times, keeping your feet apart and your hands on your waist. 2. toe touching again with feet wide apart.
