I am looking to reduce my tummy, which exercises and diet is good? Please advice.

zolika3613 tummy is soooo hard to get rid off! i have lost 3 and a half stone, although i feel and hopefully look a bit better , my tummy depresses me. tried loads of exercises but not one worked in 10 minutes!! so got bored with it. oh well just have to find some will...
