Ever interviewed any body?

O.K. giving interview every body must have done but have you ever interviewed any body. Today being Saturday I am having holiday but today I have to come to the office just to take some interviews for new project coming shortly.I have already met 9 candidate & 12 are waiting out side my cabin Believe me its fun talking to unknown people.some are very smart, some are hard to open up, some are over smart. Frankly I just like this role so friends have you ever interviewed any body ?.

For 10 years, I was running a distribution company which had 50 employees and my partners asked me to interview and select the sales persons, drivers, delivery boys. I did conduct the interviews for nearly 8 years and it is really interesting.

At this point in life I am there to interview the person doing the hiring. I am striving to see how well they treat people in general and see if what they have as a job could fit my life. I see what they are willing to pay and what kind of hours will be expected of me. Also ned to know if they will keep me busy on a daily basis. Of course I interview the interviewer.

Not that I remember but maybe someday I will somehow. I think it is really great to interview someone. I think it is a different thing somehow.

I have had my own business for over 30 years so interviewing people is part of the job. I agree with you, I enjoy meeting new people and finding out more about them. They have such a wide variety of experience and interests. Sometimes it is very difficult to choose between a final selection but often, one person stands out from all the others and the choice is easy.
