most depressing moment for me is a toss up.....I've been battling depression for MANY years! My worst fears have come to be, but I think the most depressing time was when I went through a tidal wave of losses in merely a year! It started with a nervous breakdown caused by some idiot threatening me, then losing my job because of them no accepting my being off work for mental issues, then having to give my oldest to the temporary custody of the state in order to get him the treatment he needed for his bipolar, losing my Dad, my car broke down, my unemployment ran out, lost my home, then lost custody of my other 2 kids to my manipulative, controlling, abusive ex husband!! (Life is depressing! That was June of 2002 through August of 2003...and it's been a constant battle and roller coaster since!

Sundays, always have been.
they remind me that the return to the constant struggle is just one day away.
even if we changed the name of sunday, they would still symbolise an end of a weekend not spent travelling the world or doing some other exotic thing.
sundays suck

Now. About three years ago my girl friend fell very ill, and steadily got worse. We went to a large number of dentists in UK but she would not go thought with recommend treatment (she suffers from depression, and I think that is related to why she would not go though with treatment). Around year and ½ ago she moved back home to Greece, deciding that she did not trust the dentists in the UK. She has gone to a large number of dentists over in Greece but is still not getting any better. A short while after moving over she found out she was pregnant. Eight months ago, still in Greece, and still in a lot of pain she gave birth, I hoped this would give her the strength and reason to not back out of a treatment at the last moment. Alas it has not. She is still in Greece, and I can only visit once a month, so I only see my daughter for one week in a month. She is growing at an amazing rate, and I only see snapshots of it.
I now end each night with a call to my family, after which I just want to scream until the pain in my heart dissipates (I find Wii Sports Baseball practise & Wii Boxing good for this).
I want to move over, but the debits would mean I would be paying everything I earn to pay them off, also jobs over in Greece are not easy to come by, and it is likely I would have to settle for a shop worker. I know this is very mean of me, but I really don’t want to do that.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
