I guess you are using a dial up internet connection. Better shift to DSL. If you can't, here's my tip. Compose your response or discussion on a notepad or in a word doc first. So if your post failed, you can copy paste as many times as you want. How about that? :-)

sometimes it would be browser problem too.how long you didnt upgrade your browser?you're so lucky for you still can visit to mylot.i heard that china goverment is very strict to internet browsing,many foreign websites have been banned with the unique firewall-greatwall

Go into your internet iptions and try and clear your files and cookies. I don't know if this will fix it but it seems to fix alot of internet problems. Other than that before you post it just hghlight all and copy and it means if it doens't work then you can just lcick paste to get it all back. Good luck!

It sounds like you may be getting a problem with your interenet connect or your software and may need somebody to check it out for you. Hope it starts working better for you soon. :-)

I experience the same like you sometimes. I don't know what access connection you use. I use ADSL, but sometimes it's very slow in Mylot. Sometimes it'll get better after some time. Sometimes the connection speed is still so terrible. Then I think you have to try it in another time.

i was facing this problem coz i was using a dialup connection..but know i hav shifted to dsl and the problem has solved...try this...

I can't help with your internet problems but my children gave me a very useful hint. Always write things on notepad first so that you can copy and paste them if they get lost. I can't remember if MyLot have changed their guidelines about copying and pasting though so you may have to make a few more posts before you can do this.

Sorry to hear that. And it did happen to me alot in the past but I would always try to close the pages and get back on after few minutes. It always worked with me no problem.

Same experience i do have.First you shall think over about the internet and change it.if you can not do it in a short time,maybe you can make a copy before post it.then paste it in a notebook,then type it again.(if you can paste it in mylot,it is better.)

I have the same problem quite often. After the first few times it happened, I usually type my response into a word document just in case this happens. That way I can copy and paste my response back in and try to submit it again. Before I was able to copy and paste this was still useful because I could at least look back at what I had already written instead of having to rethink my entire response. I thought at first that it was just my internet because I have so many problems with my ISP, but after hearing so many complaints as I have heard from others, I think that myLot servers may be part of the problem too. If their servers are too busy we may also experience some problems. The combination of the two problems can create a real problem for those of us who already have internet problems.

I have experienced this a few times but thankfully not for a while now! Once you get to 500 posts you can do the comments, responses discussions etc on a notepad or in word and copy/paste it here in mylot - so if you have these problems at least you do not have to retype it all! i am also using a dial up connection but i have never had this problem, you better change your ISP. you mught have any problem with your telephone, can you hear some distortion/ noise when you hear the dial tone if that is so then the problem is with your telephone line and you need to change the telephone wire.

Call your ISP and call them names! Lol! Just kidding. But you should call your ISP to see if there is something wrong. Sometimes they fix stuff and things don't work well. Mine used to do that a lot.
