It's a hard one, because Queen has so many great songs...I will reduce it to just 3 of them ok? it's not in order
1-bohemian rhapsody
2-who wants to live forever
3-i want it all
I could have added others, there are like 50 of their songs i am in love with. which are your favorites?

Well reaching Bohemian Rhapsody's tone is almost impossible....Mercury was a semi opera singer..and even himself found it hard to repeat that when he sang live....

Original choices for you addy, those are definitely not the ones most people say, which is cool. Yes, lyrics are very nice :)

Wow, you're right, so many great songs.
For me though, Love of My Life is my favorite. Bohemian Rhapsody would be second and the Guitar version of We Will Rock You third.

Oh - another Queen fan! They're one of my all-time favourite bands. Like you, I found it hard to pick my 3 favourites, because there are so many great numbers to choose from, but I guess I would go for:
1) Who Wants to Live Forever?
2) We Will Rock You!
3) You're My Best Friend.

Well they have many everlasting songs really...some of which go beyond the group itself. For example, "We are the Champions" is used all around the world, specially in all Europe, to celebrate sport victories of any kind...it's like a universal sports hymn already.

Like you said, there are so many good songs to choose from. Prince of the Universe, Killer Queen, Tie You Mother Down, so many more.
I think your number 1 is the greatest Queen song, Bohemian Rhapsody. It is not like any other song, it is one of those songs like Freebird or Stairway to Heaven, that may not define a group but is the first thing thought of when you name them. The original video of the group was awesome, then the use in Wayne's World. It is a true rock classic.

Yeah, bohemian is like a compilation of what Queen was: rock, tad of hard rock, melody, pop, art....marvellous. Oh! Tie your mother down rocks too, i hadn't thought about it...probably their best hard rock song from the old times...then they got into more pop fields, with exceptions like I want it all...thanks for replying.

I remember going to a live concert of theirs. It was awesome, especially when they played Bohemian Rhapsody and the stage exploded with sound and light for the final section. It still gives me goose bumps when I see a live version of it on video, and hear the song.

Is it just a coincidence, or does it say something about Queen fans, all of the responders here are 9 or 10 ratings. LOL

I like the song "I want to break free" best. Everyone also has "someone" inside and it longs to "break free", just like me now. There are too much pressure, too many things that make me not become "the real me". I love Queen, 'cos they weren't afraid to show the world they want to break free, they just wanted to become who they wanted to be.

Yep, i want to break free could be applied to all of us at least in some moments of our lives. And now that you mentioned pressure, i love "Under Pressure"...nice song!

Innuendo is awesome....and i'd add The Show Must Go On...really Freddie's musical testament...those two songs are the best of his final years and I'm glad your reminded me of them :)

My top three are favourite Queen songs? hmmmm tough choice as they have done some blinding songs so here goes:
1 - I want to break free
2 - One Vision
3- friends will be friends
You will notice that Bohemian isn't there which may suprise some people, but the top three are my personal favouriyes but not necesssarily their most famous songs but you can sing aloud to each one loudly....
