There are no really safe diet pills. The only safe way to lose weight is to change your eating habits. Replace all junk food with fruits and vegetables. Fruits and Raw veggies make great snacks and you can eat pretty much all you want. Stay away from sugar as much as possible. Also stay away from the processed foods. They have a lot of sugar and salt. Almost every canned food has sugar add to it. Learn all the names of the sugar added to the foods. Eat like a king in the morning a prince at noon and a pauper in the evening. In other words eat a very large breakfast a medium size lunch and very little for supper. Drink lots of water. If you don't like water add some lemon juice or unsugared kool ade to the water. and get some exercise. walking for 30 min a day even walking for 10 min at a time is good

There are no weight loss pills out there that will help you lose the fat overnite. You just need to diet right and get exercise and drink lots of water. Also if you know of anyone who wrestles then they would be able to help because they sometimes have to lose a certain amount of weight in a short period of time.

I haven't heard of nite trim pills. All weight reducing pills are harmful for health. Most of them have very bad side effects like damaging liver, kidney, etc.Try to reduce weight by natural means like walking, swimming, cutting down on junk food, etc. If you have an awful lot of body fat,you could consult your doctor and he could prescribe some weight reducing pills for you.I have lost a lot of weight the natural way by exercising regularly, cutting down on unhealthy foodstuffs, drinking lots of water, etc.Loosing weight the natural way does take time, but that's how it should be.If you try to loose weight quickly by unnatural means such as taking pills or whatever, you will regain the lost weight as soon as you stop taking pills or whatever unnatural weight loss regime that you been following. The healthy and safe way to reduce weight is trying to lose about a kilo of weight in a week i.e about 4 to 5 kilos a month

Do you still want this information?
Personally I think you would be better off having a proper food diet plan, i.e. plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat etc as well as exercise. The exercise doesn't have to be too strenuous to start if you are not used to it but walking will help. Good luck

I used to take slimming pills, but i suggest not to do that.. Or else consult a doctor for the right one. Usually slimming pills have side effects, as i experience it will give you palpitation, and feeling floated, dizziness in the middle of the day and reccuring headache!

All pills have side effects. I am currently on a weight loss aid b/c I have been working out doing cardio and eating right for awhile and am plateaued at a certain weight. A trainer suggested these to help break the plateau not to use in place of my healthy eating and exercise. They can be very dangerous substances and I am currently taking under the recommended dose of my pills to avoid the feeling of my heart racing and b/c I am only a few pounds away from my desired body fat percentage.
