because they can't afford to pay the bills. Over the winter, the companies weren't allowed to disconnect people who couldn't pay because they might have frozen to death but now that it's warmer they're shutting off the electricity...

Tweety2035 i used to get migraines alot and i find that an ice pack helped the most. but if you get them all the time you may want to go to the doctor to checked out. it could just be from stress but you never know.
