Remember the advices our parents use to say? Son you study hard get good grades, then when you finish your studies you could find a good job, then you could earn good money and get all you want. For me the truth to that saying don't exist anymore. A lot of office workers or even the so called high paying jobs sometimes are not stable. I heard a lot of stories regarding someone who is a year away from retirement and got fired for some reason, such as downsizing and etc. So i never believe in employment giving us stability in life financially.

Problem #1 with the advice given above. "Get all you want."
Thats a major problem with many people in this current generation. They think they are entitled to everything they want. Not just to work hard to have what they need, and some of what they want. That is why we have so much consumer debt right now in the US. Lack of impulse control and a sense of entitlement.
If you get good grades, you can then find a good job, and you might get laid off, but if you worked hard at that first job, finding the second one is easier. I know, I've been laid off before.
(Pardon the arrogance for a minute)
I'm damn good at what I do. I'm very talented when it comes to certain aspects of computer technology. I've been 'downsized' in groups of 10-150 during parts of my career, but I've never been out of work more than 6 weeks! Maybe its been my choice of career, but its also been the respect I've earned from others who've given recommendations or helped me into other jobs.
Now I've been at this latest job for 9 years... and they've only laid off one person in my department in that entire time. I may have just found some secure employment. But I am not going to rest on my laurels. I'm going to keep my skills sharp and still work hard, because I know, if I have to look for a job again, I'll be ready. And because I have saved some money and not gotten 'all that I want' I'll even be able to pay the bills while I look if I have to.
Oh and the entire time I've been building a 401k retirement account, which means my retirement fund/pension has grown no matter where I've worked.

Well I've been Expecting that kind of answer. Thats a classic
Business Vs employed conflict.. Maybe we just have a different mindset but for me I'd rather build a business and live with not having someone tell you to do something and worry that someday you might get fired and try to find another ways to earn again. And i think it's better to pass what ever you build to your children than they start all over again like most of the people do. Again thats just me.

And another thing isn't better if we can get what we need and what we want? for sure they are a lot of people who have that kind of life which they started nothing. And by the consumer debt thing, they have those because they let there greediness took over. they buy stuff they want but never have the power to have them, those are the same people who works hard to a job saying they buy only what they need. And you should observe the people who has the power to buy i mean really buy those thing never have debts because they can afford that. Again Thats just my opinion i just say why not we open our minds to this things

Really? Welfare and food stamps are a pretty sorry alternative to working. I'd go check with the nearest homeless guy and see what he thinks about this theory. Working does give you finances and you get to decide the stability of your financial situation based on how you spend your money or more importantly how you save.
Financial security is a different critter than job security. You may lose your job but you can survive until you find another if you have some money saved.
