Lambchoper Start a high fiber diet and walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Make those steps aerobic, which is fast enough to get your heart pumping. You should try to eat at least 35 grams of fiber and drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

Lambchoper My temper can be good and it can be bad depending on the situation. The only stipulation I place on my temper is I don't let it get the better of me. I'm in charge not my temper.

Lambchoper I've been hungry. As kids we went hungry quite often and as an adult I have made a point of never going hungry again. This is the main reason why I never walk past a homeless person without handing them at least a little cash.
