Where do you find coupons for groceries and household goods?

Before we moved, I would often buy the Sunday paper to get the advertisements and the coupon section. I was usually able to find coupons for products we would use that more than paid for the price of the paper.
Since we have moved, however, I haven't bought a Sunday paper, and I'm not even sure that it will include the coupons. We get our ads weekly in the mail, which is nice, but I need to find a good way to get coupons also. The cost of groceries here is much higher than it was where we used to live, even when we buy store brands. So I'm trying to find a good source for coupons to help reduce our grocery costs.

a lot of the stores near me are doing online signups for coupons now-we can print them up right from home.
they used to have whole inserts in the sunday papers for coupons, but since they started doing the discount cards,i haven't seen much of them anymore.
i'd just get some of the cards if your stores have them.

Yeah, I have a card for the grocery store that we shop at most often, but their discount with the card still doesn't bring the prices down to what I'm used to. Buying food is eating a big hole in our budget right now. :(

I often find coupons at the store or I will also find websites where I can send away for coupons. For example, yesterday I signed up to receive coupons from Cascade dish detergent by mail. Actually, at my Whole Foods they have a basket by the exit filled with coupons.

We haven't been to Whole Foods since we moved here, even though there is a gigantic two-story Whole Foods downtown! We definitely have to make a trip to that one, at some point, so I will look for coupons!

I print a lot of coupons un online. It is great beacuse they are free. I usualy use coupons.com. I joined them through Mypoints and got some points for it. It you are a member or a site like that where you earn rewards look for it.
I alos sign up for mailing lists with companies that a buy food from and they send coupons as well.

I get mine from the Sunday paper too. But a lot of times I forget to get the paper. I've noticed other people have mentioned coupons.com. Another thing you can do is go to the websites of some of the brands you use and some of them may have specials, freebies or coupons.

I love to coupon shop! Ok here are a bunch of ways to find coupons
1) the sunday paper has coupons every week except holiday weeks. I do suggest buy a larger city paper over a local paper since the amount of coupons will be more in a larger paper.
2)Look in your grocery store, pharmacy stores (CVS, walgreens ect) for those little red boxes. These have the pull out coupons in them and they blinke. These are from smartsource and usually all over.
3) also look in your grocery store for tearpads. These are the pads of coupons usually on the display or stuck to the shelf near the product.
4) Join a coupon trading site such as one of these.
www.hotcouponworld.com
www.mycoupons.com
5) U can always look on ebay for ones you need.
6) there are lots of coupon clipping services out there. Heres one for you
www.taylortownpreview.com she takes paypal but you must order early before all the good ones are gone. A new list goes up usually on wednesday for the next sundays coupons
7) you can also print coupons from the internet but check with your store first to make sure they take them. Some stores will not so don't waste the ink until you know for sure.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask me.

Well like you said...the Sunday paper is a great way to get coupons.I never get it out of one of those paper boxes....only from the store....so I can make sure it actually has coupons before I buy it.
If you have a printer.....try coupons.com....they sometimes have some pretty good ones.
You can always do a grocery coupon search and see what it brings up.....because some of the national news papers have their coupons online.
Hope this helps!
