We eat rice,curry,meat and fish this is our regular lunch,sometimes in occasion change.

i had rice, beef patties steak with catsup and mustard then a steamed mix vegetable side dish and a bowl of chilled mandarin oranges. a very great lunch!

I had picante chicken flavored ramen noodles for breakfast. But for lunch I had a sandwich and some chips.

I had a lean cuisine frozen dinner with salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, and cooked carrots. I also had an ice cream sandwich. LOL
