Roasted Garlic

I love this so much and its really easy to prepare. Choose nice plump heads of garlic, and put them on a roasting pan, allow one per person. Pop this into an oven and roast until teh papery bit is brown and the individual cloves of garlic are soft. Serve whole, with toast or crackers or ciabatta, all you do is squeeze ach clove onto bread, it pops out like toothpaste and makes a lovely mellow creamy pate that is surprisingly mild and savoury tasting. Yummy!
