Child infected at birth, mother was misdiagnosed at Mare Island Clinic, almost dies, has a child later after blood transfusion infects her. Navy dependent grows to adulthood and healthcare coverage will be dropped. www.miamihearld.com/775/story/156483.html Do you think the government should abandon children that grow to adulthood who need to be covered?

if the child was infected at birth it's not his/her fault and the government should help and yet to be covered for a health care. Poor kid. It's sad for this to happen to anyone.

Thanks for the correct link. I sure do hope that the Congress will pass the grant for her care. Thanks for sharing.

If anything the government should help those poor children all the way because they really need it at that stage big time.
